Italian Gasket has as first aim the customer’s satisfaction.
To reach this target Italian Gasket S.p.A. has arranged a quality system, certified according to the Automotive International Standard ISO/TS16949:2002. This certification has been issued by an international company on February 2004.
The quality system includes control, prevention and continuous improvement activities which involve the whole company and allow the constant improvement of the quality levels of our products and service to the customers.
The work in team involves all the factory functions and it is the first condition to obtain the expected results.
Italian Gasket S.p.A has a qualified and constantly updated staff and equipments, that fully satisfy the demands of the automotive industry.
Thanks to the consciousness that the Quality comes from the processes planning, our company guarantees a co-design service which is equipped with instruments of advanced planning of quality and product planning (APQP-PPAP): feasibility studies, FMEA, re-examinations, tests, project and process validations which arise from the analysis of specifications, terms of contracts and from the customer’s requests.
Quality, Environment and Safety in Italian Gasket have been described in the Manual for the management of the Quality, Integrated Environment and Safety Systems basing on the international norms UNI EN ISO 9001:2000--- ISO/TS 16949:2002 UNI EN ISO 14001:2004---OHSAS 18001:1999.
