The consciousness, that the respect of the environmental, health and workers’ safety means respect for the human beings, has led Italian Gasket towards the achievement of an integrated environment/safety system according to ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:1999.
Environmental and safety management guarantees a level of worker’s health and of environmental protection in compliance with the current national and international norms focusing particularly on the pollution prevention, on the environmental impact, on the constant reduction of the risks to which the working personnel in Italian Gasket could be exposed, and on the accidents prevention.
Our company has set up targets and plans to reduce pollution and accidents and has implemented adequate depuration systems. Italian Gasket commits itself to involve, prepare and awaken its workers to the environmental aspects and impacts as well as to the risks related to their activities.
Italian Gasket guarantees, considering all the existing knowledge about industry and related dangers, safe and healthy working spaces. Italian Gasket, in accordance to the current laws applicable to its activity, adopts adequate methods to prevent accidents and damages that could occur during the working activities or as its consequence, minimizing, for what reasonably possible, the sources of risk within the working place.
