Production
During manufacturing its moulds and toolings, IG strictly keeps the following rules:

- All Moulds and Toolings are designed in Italy and developed under the supervision of Italian personnel;

- Moulds manufacturing is strictly controlled by Italian engineers;
- -
- Each mould is tested and approved by Italian personnel before being put in production;
- -
- Materials are chosen among the best ones available worldwide;
- -
- A wide communication channel between Italy and China is always open for transmitting suggestions regarding manufacturing details.
The moulding process is directly taken from our Italian production. All parameters of moulding machines are strictly controlled and systematically checked for a guaranteed reproducibility of parts.
IG is tightly cooperating with its clients for developing the best mould for the intended use.
